Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

SlingShip is a single-player orbital mechanics game developed by PlatyGames ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles and how. It applies to the SlingShip app and to this website.

2. Information we collect

We do not collect any personal information. SlingShip does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos or any other personal data, and it does not require you to create an account.

3. Information stored on your device

To let you continue where you left off, the game saves a small file in the app's private storage on your device. It contains:

• game progress: unlocked planets and galaxies, collected ship parts and fuel crystals, your last checkpoint and selected ship;
• settings: sound and music volume, vibration, and display options;
• whether you have finished the first-launch tutorial.

This file never leaves your device and we cannot access it. Other apps cannot read it either.

4. Network access, advertising and analytics

SlingShip works fully offline. The game does not send data over the internet, does not show advertising, and does not include analytics, crash-reporting or advertising SDKs.

5. Device permissions

The game may use your device's vibration motor for short haptic feedback during play. You can turn vibration off at any time in the game's Settings. No other device permissions are used to collect information.

6. Google Play

SlingShip is distributed through Google Play. When you download or update the app, Google may collect information under its own policies, which we do not control. See the Google Privacy Policy.

7. Deleting your data

Because everything is stored locally, you are always in control:

• use Settings → Reset progress in the game to erase your progress; or
• clear the app's storage in your Android settings, or uninstall the app, to remove all of its data from your device.

We hold no copy of your data, so there is nothing for us to delete on our side.

8. Children's privacy

SlingShip is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), because the app does not collect personal information at all.

9. This website

This website is a static page. It does not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts, and it has no forms. The hosting provider that serves the site may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability, under its own policy.

10. Changes to this policy

If a future version of SlingShip changes how data is handled (for example, by adding online features), we will update this policy before that version is released and change the effective date above.
